Bonnie Giebfried

Reverend Bonnie Giebfried is an ordained interfaith minister who responded to 9/11 as an EMT with the Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens. While assisting with rescue and recovery efforts at Ground Zero, Bonnie was buried alive twice.

In the years that followed, she has been an advocate for responders, served on multiple 9/11-related boards, and worked as a volunteer firefighter/EMT.
