Ray Simons

FDNY EMS

Raymond (Ray) Simons is a retired FDNY EMS instructor based out of the FDNY Bureau of Training EMS Academy in Fort Totten. Shortly after September 11, 2001, Ray became a Peer Counselor with the FDNY Counseling Service Unit.


He retired in 2005 due to injuries sustained during 9/11.
